Hi Irene, how are you ? Did you get some relief from the cream you bought for your feet ? My arm has been a bit sore from the shot but is better today.
It has been quite windy and cold for the last 2 days, a sure sign that winter is here. The cold wind seems to make the house feel colder although that may be entirely my imagination. I don't have any plans today at all.
