Leah and Seanachai3 hours, 12 minutes ago
Day two of the Easter egg experiment dawned. Seanachai was bursting with excitement. Mrs. Rabbit’s third youngest; Dexter was attempting to sit on the straw nest which was most ungraciously provided by “Broom”. Poor Broom. He is covered with little sticky plasters where Seanachai pulled out his straws. He was studying his wounds with Seanachai’s magic mirror and being a bit of a peacock was most understandably unhappy with his unruly appearance. Dexter buried himself in serious concentration having no idea how to go about laying Easter eggs other than to try to focus on the business at hand. He was very fond of Seanachai for she always made sure that the larder in Mrs. Rabbit’s burrow was bursting with the tastiest vegetables she had found in her daily gatherings.
Dexter who loved to eat was very thankful that they had such a good neighbour at the Willows so he wanted to do his best and not disappoint his friend. (Excerpt from “A Bunny’s Tale” Author Leah Weir)
