Mouse, off to the coast tomorrow, every year, around 100 trucks take children to the theme park then they drive along the promenade, we will be looking for number 78 as Owen's youngest grandson is in that truck, probably need a jacket kn to keep warm!

Morning Lyn, won't be doing much cleaning, not much left to do until we can get a settlement date and a rental. Just a condition i have to clear out a gully at the dam, and ill probably need someone with an excavator to do that its to steep, and and risk of snakes. My hubby used to through hard rubbish in the hole and was going to through a few truck loads of topsoil over it. But his health stopped that, and my son doesnt feel confident on that slope with the tractor so he didnt do it. Now the buyers have seen it they want it removed which is fair.

Hope its not to cold around 5pm tomorrow when Jess and i have to take the dogs for a walk, the agent has someone coming back a 2nd time with parents tomorrow, and showing of the sunsetting, and negotiation on a price, the house has been on the market 6 days and my 1st open is this saturday, but had 4 lots come through by phone appointment last Saturday..
