I have no idea why that delivery company isn't allowed in the house.  I have emailed the online company i bought it off, and complained to them about their delivery service and how its a disgrace for a,single woman to get furniture into the house. 
I havnt heard back yet.
I also gave the sofa a bad review,  but not all of it was posted.

Its ok. Been raining for weeks havnt been able to get into garden.
I ordered a sofa bed for spare room for anyone who wants to stay and its,faulty.  Not only that, the delivery guy said their not allowed in the house!, I had to bring a huge box in myself,  unpack it, get up 3 steps and manoeuvre it into the room, to realise it was faulty.
I cracked it, their sending me a replacement,  and I had to pack it in the box , omg.
