Yes, very expensive,  but iv done nothing to my place since I bought it in 1994, apart from maintenance issues. I don't want to over capitalise.

Oh, don't ask, im hunting too many critters.  Im doing one vase,at a time for now. Down the track ill do more Llama and hippo,  as I like those pots. But just doesn't seem worth it for that so called reward.
