It’s milder here today, but the rain is ever present and the grey skies make it feel heavy. I’m looking forward to BBC’s live Winterwatch starting tomorrow as I adore seeing the birds and wildlife. Sadly the bird food I put out gets raided by the Magpies and Pigeons, who frighten the little birds away.
I think when you have lost so many loved ones, grief never really gets the time needed to process those feelings before the next ‘wave’ of bereavement is upon you. We need to be gentle with ourselves xx
