PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS THREAD TO POST FEEDBACK OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FAIRYTALES. I DO NOT WORK FOR FAIRYLAND SUPPORT AND THE DEVELOPERS WILL NOT SEE YOUR POSTS HERE. IF YOU HAVE FEEDBACK OR COMPLAINTS, I WOULD RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU USE THE FEEDBACK PART OF THE FORUMS.
WHICH POTS GIVE WHICH HARVESTED ITEM?
White Toadstool Pot gives a Rosy Red Apple to attract Snow White and the Evil Queen.
White Vase gives a Snowdrop to attract the Dwarves.
Coloured Toadstool Pots give coloured Gemstones to attract the Dwarves (you will need the Snowdrop at the same time).
DOES IT MATTER WHAT FOOD I USE?
The type of food you put out for the fairy determines the amount of harvested materials. The number of portions of Apple and Gemstones will be the same as the number of feedings on the berries you used (5 for regular or organic, 10 for double regular or double organic, 15 for superfood).
HOW TO SET UP FOR THIS FAIRYTALE
The materials for this Fairytale need to be harvested in the correct order. You will need to plant a toadstool in the white Toadstool pot for the Apple, and also have at least one planted in a coloured Toadstool Pot.
You will need to harvest the Apple first. The fairy harvests the toadstool furthest to the left first, so you will need to make sure you have the toadtool with the Apple (white pot) to the left of any others. You will then need to attract the fairy to harvest the Apple, using Wild Berries. Leave one plate empty for the fairy to harvest the Apple onto. The Apple will attract Snow White and the Evil Queen.
Once you have the Apple on your plate, leave out an empty White Vase. The fifth Snow White (and every multiple of five after that) will plant a Snowdrop into the vase. You may want to let Snow White finish the Apple before you empty the plate ready for the Gemstones, in which case don't dust the Snowdrop until you're ready to attract Dwarves.
Once the Snowdrop is fully grown, attract the fairy with berries again to harvest the Gemstones (you may still have some berries left on the original plate). The other plate needs to be empty to receive the Gemstones. You will continue to attract the relevant Dwarf as long as there are Gemstones on the plate AND you have a fully grown Snowdrop.
The Snowdrop takes two days to become fully grown if you don't dust it, and is fully grown for 24 hours.
ATTRACTING/DETERRING SNOW WHITE
The first bite of the Rosy Red Apple is poisoned, and whichever Fairytale character takes the first bite will fall into a deep sleep and WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT PLATE. You can deter Snow White from the first feed with a fully grown Supershroom - the Evil Queen will then not return to that plate. If something other than Snow White or the Evil Queen takes the first bite, both Snow White and the Evil Queen will continue to be attracted to the Apple.
If you deter Snow White with a Supershroom for the first feed, you will need to remove the Supershroom once the Evil Queen has visited, otherwise Snow White will continue to be deterred.
OTHER DETERRENTS
Magpies and Pairs of Magpies will also take the Gemstones. You can deter single Magpies with a fully grown or ready to harvest Nightrose herb (one herb is 100% deterrent) but you cannot deter the Pairs of Magpies.
WHICH SEEDS DO THE CHARACTERS DROP?
The first time you spot Nivea the Beautiful Fairy in another garden, she will drop a Fairytale Seed. After that, every tenth time you spot her, she will drop a Forest Amber seed.
Every tenth Snow White, Evil Queen, Blusher, Jolly and Wheezy, and every fith Grouchy, Prof, Snoozy and Dozy you spot in other gardens will drop a Fairytale seed.
WHICH DWARVES ARE ATTRACTED TO WHICH COLOUR OF GEMSTONE?
Blusher: Red
Jolly: Orange
Wheezy: Yellow
Grouchy: Green
Prof: Blue
Snoozy: Indigo
Dozy: Violet
The Gemstone colour corresponds with the colour of the Toadstool pot used.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AND REWARDS FOR COMPETING THE QUEST?
You need ten of EACH DIFFERENT Dwarf spotted in your garden. You can always see the requirements for your level by going to the pot shop, clicking the link for the next Fairytale, and then clicking the blue Quest link on the left hand side. The reward for completing the quest is the new Gnome Table.
From the News page:
But what is a Gnome Table you may ask? Well, it's exactly like a normal (raised) feeding table, but a little gnome has made it his home and lives inside... you'll see him pop out from time to time to say hello!
The other great thing about the Gnome Table is that you can use it as a third feeding table in your garden (alongside 2 regular feeding tables) meaning that you can create new kinds of Garden setup and attract more wildlife than ever before!
