Please will you explain how I can claim the reward? … I think I have met the criteria .., spotted all gold creatures at least once and finished all vases by having creatures spotted 5 times

You need to harvest one of the bouquets to make a vase.  Then when you click the vase, you can see the links to create your own bouquet.

They reduce dragons or WRC, when used alongside a mushroom or supershroom :)

Penny, this is what Mike said on another thread about the reward....Explanation of the vase reward....It's still there.
 
  Hi Solveig - The idea is that you can design your bouquet however you wish - completely your creative/aesthetic choice within the options given. You can also re-design it whenever you wish - it costs nothing to change the design, and you don't lose the vase.
 
  The added bonus is that having one or more "designed bouquets" in your garden has the effect of increasing your mushroom effectiveness. It does this by reducing the "side effect" wildlife the mushroom attracts by around 30% (i.e. 30% less dragons or 30% less WRC for the supershroom)
