I remember seeing somewheren that a nest build by only hummingbirds never will need repairs, but I cannot find it anymore. Is this true?

Just be aware you can’t use them for chicks …. As of course only birds that helped to build a nest can actually nest ! I find mine useful for Easter time for the bunny eggs they are worth having :)

They're great for Easter chicks/sea-horses. You can also use them for Fairytale ducklings and cuckoos.

What I also use them for sometimes is to stop cuckoos if I'm using nests for chicks, or need to attract cuckoos for a quest or something but don't want to risk them nesting and wasting a use of an ordinary nest - keeping it to the left, the cuckoo would nest there rather than nesting in nests which would break.

Thanks for that info Tracey... I didn't realize hummingbird nests could be used for ducklings ... good to know for when I go to that tale...
