I’m having a bit of difficulty getting my yellow coral colored. My set -up is for shrimp. The corals are at 33 percent right now.  I pulled and replanted the two that didn’t receive color and one of them was colored in the next round but there have not been any yellow guppies. I pulled the super shroom and added a second plate of superfood yesterday afternoon. But still not a yellow in sight. Could someone take a look at my garden and advise? Do people sometimes have to pull everything and start over?

Your setup is fine, it's random which guppies visit when using a higher pondweed.
If you have ability/space/time, the only thing you can do at this point would be to plant a yellow pondweed (which would eliminate the green, blue, and indigo guppies).
