I’d like to ask for a clear update on the vases/golden critters challenge.
This feature has been running for over two years now, and it’s been around five months since the last release. As it stands, the challenge is incomplete and there’s been no recent communication about whether it will be finished or what the final reward will be.
I understand that moving the game off Facebook is a big task, and I appreciate that it will take time. However, the vases event is an already existing game that many of us have already invested time (and in some cases money) into over a long period. Could we please have some clarity on, whether the vases event will be completed before the move and if not, what the plan is. Whether the final reward is still planned, and if so, when.
This isn’t meant as criticism, just a request for transparency so players know where things stand. Many of us have supported the game for years and would really appreciate a straightforward update.

I really hope this gets some clarity soon I have so many friends that have been asking for so long they are so fed up they have stepped away from, again there is understanding that a big change is happening behind the scenes but there doesn’t seem to be much understanding in return that people who have invested so much time and money are feeling completely forgotten about ….. I’m not big on the vases myself but I’m losing friends who are losing faith with the lack of communication and transparency X

I’ve actually been away for the past four months, so I genuinely expected to come back to the next set of vases by now. I agree though the main frustration is the lack of communication and transparency. At this point, a clear update would be really appreciated.

It would definitely be good to get the answers to your questions, as like you, I feel I’m a bit in limbo here with this.  It would just be nice to know what we can expect and some kind of time frame for it.  Thanks for raising this Deirdre.

Even if it was ….. I don’t know …… it’s on a back burner ….. I’m too busy……. Just some kind of update as people are repeatedly asking …. Surely enough people have asked enough times to warrant at least a response x

Thanks Deirdre for speaking up. I have always appreciated hearing your concerns whether or not I agreed with them. I wax nostalgic thinking of all those who no longer play the game and wonder how many more will join them over perceived lack of communication.
I am glad that you have kept track of the timeline of the vases...their introduction and latest ones to be released. I would have thought, given that there surely was a game plan when the vases were released, that it would not be difficult to carry on with the releases...which surely must be coming to an end soon.

I'd say that 2 years in this is the biggest most long term challenge to date, and it was called a "little challenge". I'd just like to know the reward so I can decide whether I want to make the effort because it involves a lot of time to get through them all

Time and in alot of cases quite a considerable amount of gold, not easy trolling through the wildlife pages for an imaginary critter that in some cases takes an eternity to actually visit your garden.  I too would love to know what the reward is so that I can make a decision as to whether I want to continue doing them..

I don't know why Mike doesn't have a regular stand up with his support team so even if he doesn't have the time to post here, they can.  Otherwise what's the point of a support team if they really don't know anything?
They could catch up once every 2 weeks or once a month and bring the pressing and most regularly asked questions/issues to Mike to get a verbal update from him which they can then post in an update here or in the news section.
