My Chickadees for the Vase were not registered as attracted

I need to attract one Chickadee, which is already spotted. Now 3 Chickadees are spotted in the garden but none is registered. The Vase has  been in the garden around 5 h and the last bird I spotted, but the other 2 were spotted by other people. I don’t  get this ? ..

If you spot them yourself, they don't count.  They have to be spotted by someone else.

As far as I get it you need a chickadee chick for your vase.
That means you have to attract chickadees for nesting so that you can get a chick later.

Yes, it’s a chickadee chick that you need to have spotted in your garden. You are only attracting adult chickadees at the moment; that is why it hasn’t contributed to your vase
