When I did Alice I mainly used one but that’s only because I didn’t want to wait ages for clues and didn’t want the card garden showing up all the time …. It’s was my pure impatience lol I don’t think it’s completely necessary to use one which is why many save that resource and are happy for the gardens to come more often :) I’d say it’s personal preference

I never used one. The helpers come easily enough without, so do the main characters. I prefer to save my jewels for things which really do need a supershroom, unless I want faster results.

I never used it when I did Alice. I don't use them unless I am underwater.

Hey 👋
I never used one for Alice as it meant it was harder for other players to spot the card gardeners they needed to progress.
But also meant I could save up lots of seeds to use for Supershrooms for other tasks 🥰 xx
