Hello! Can anyone please help me to understand. I have set up my garden with carmena uniflora and cake on low plates. I’m not ”allowed” to advertise, I get an error that my garden is not set up correctly. Raccoons eat anything, so what’s wrong?

You have 15th birthday cake on your plates but they won't attract raccoons.
If you want to use birthday cakes, then you need 10th birthday cake for raccoons.

I think it changed at some timepoint. But you can only attract raccoons with 10th birthday cake because it will attract Birthday Albino Raccoons.
If you look at the wildlife guide under "B'Day" (Birthday wildlife) you can see which cakes are required for the different animals.

In the wildlife guide under raccoon it does say eats anything so I can understand the confusion.

None of the animals listed as "eats anything" eats cake anymore (with the exception of the Raccoon that eats 10th cake). It was changed during the introduction of the new (15th) cake. They don't eat Alice food either. 

Seems the wildlife guide needs updating

It does.  It stems from before any of the special foods were available, and hasn't been updated since.  For a while some things *did* eat some additional foods (and some still has to, otherwise nothing could come - mallards on spawn on dry land, or mermaids on anything underwater) but it was corrected when the birthday stuff came out, so that eating "anything" generally just means any of the standard foods.

The only reason that the raccoon can still come to the 10th birthday cake is because it needs to, in order for some of them to change to albino birthday raccoons :)

Other areas need updating too, like some of the topiary and birthday wildlife, being included in quests etc.

Perhaps when we get a new site the guide will be updated with this in mind that it now does not eat anything because I agree it is confusing especially if you were to be new to the game.
