I am having problems claiming my 20 Free Gold - the point when one claims their free gold when they collect their 50 free Daily Sprinkles. I have claimed 3 lots of daily sprinkles and still not get the 20 free gold to work. Thank you.

Are you talking about hunting the bug?  If you click the blue words of the clue, it will take you to the right page.  You just have to scroll down until you see it.

The wording on that clue is confusing. You don't actually need to be due any free sprinkles. Just click the big blue waterdrop icon and in the new page scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. The bug is usually there.
