I need to attract one orange chick for my level 2 eggs factor quest, and an orange and indigo chick for my level 3 eggs factor quest.   I have a rainbow, blue and indigo egg incubating in my garden.
Is there a way to ensure the indigo egg hatches an indigo chick?  Or that I can make the blue egg hatch an orange chick?

wish i know ive been finding blue and getting a different colour everytime frustrating, lets hope someone knows

You need an egg of the colour you want, plus an egg one lower than that.  So for your indigo you would want an indigo egg, plus a blue egg, and for the orange you would want an orange plus a red egg.

When the chick is programmed in, it goes to the lowest colour of egg it can.  So if the lower colour wobbles first (your blue, or your red) you would have to dump the food and put out fresh.  If the colour of egg you want wobbles first (so your indigo or your orange) then the right colour is coming.  It can take a bit of time and patience.

You won't get anything other than a rainbow chick/sea-horse from your rainbow egg.
