Unfortunately, any egg can wobble at any time no matter where they are in the line up in your garden. They're tricky like that and you can't "force" the one you want to go first.

Julie, if you want a green chick / seahorse, you can make it happen by having one green egg and one yellow egg and fresh food.  Then, every time the yellow egg wobbles, dump the food and try again.  When the green egg wobbles, it's guaranteed to be a green chick / seahorse.  This can take a lot of time and gold, though, so you may not want to do it.

One can do the 'trick' with the lower colour egg with regular food so it costs nothing. But it takes a lot longer that way.
