Baby fish question

I was doing fish and wanted to have 10 each of babies and families.  All I needed was the 10th baby spotted.  But, it was missed for several days and I gave up so I could move on. I removed the Pisces Astroflorus and tried to remove the baby in a bubble and there’s no option to do so.  Do I have to hang in there until it’s finally spotted or is this an error?  I bet it has to be spotted.  Thank you so much for reading this.

You can't remove it yourself, otherwise people could cheat - wait for the alert, remove the bubble, get the baby spotted, and then be able to reuse the birthstone indefinitely.  If you really want to get it removed, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and ask Support to remove it for you.

Thank you, Tracey.  I play when I can.  The baby has been missed at least 6 times.  But, since I’m attracting birds, I’ll leave it for another day or two before contacting Support.  I appreciate your help.

You could leave it until you're done with the birds, then harvest the Bellis to reduce the competition.  That should make it easier to attract the baby :)

I’m not a very popular garden, so attracting birds help with the traffic I receive.  That’s why there’s a cake there, too. Lol
