I’m doing the Alice challenge. Middle card, 3 was too high so I changed it to 2 & now it’s telling me 2 is too low! This can’t be correct 😢 2nd time it’s happened & another player has said the same happened in her garden?! xx

I can see where it said that the left card of 3 was too high...

I can’t see anything saying that the 3 was too high when it was in the middle (you e got an indication that it was too low when it was to the left) - is that where the confusion arises?
Another possible confusion is when the required character is spotted but a clue character is programmed into a neighbouring plate soon afterwards. Then you can get the message that was meant to be for the earlier situation, not the new requirement (as the requirement changes once the main character is spotted).

Yes, Jackie that's why i mentioned the left as you can see it on the plate and it's highly like the reasons that you have given :)

Louise,  from what I'm gathering from the clues on your plates, have you tried the 2 in the leftmost position? Your clue says 3 is too high for leftmost position.  That means it can only be an ace or 2. Move card to the left and wait for another clue.
And according to clues, 2 is to low for middle position.
