Good evening
I have had Superfood Wild Berries in my garden to attract an Underwater Frog to lay spawn and all I have attracted are Mermaids. This was on a raised table with no deterrent in place.
Please can you check and confirm the reason why as others have checked on my behalf and they agree I should have had one arrive with the frog calculations.
I also have not had any Froglets appear on a low table of Superfood Wild Berries.

I think you may be forgetting to count your ghost frogs..  Three of those added to your 129 adult underwater frogs shows you've had 132.  You've also had the same number of froglets and tadpoles.  You'll need to set up with a land frog for more spawn and get the tadpoles to start the frog cycle going again.

I know what people say about the ghostly frogs but i've never taken those into consideration and my nos. have always been correct.....?

You have to count the ghostly frogs to see if you're due anything.  They count as underwater frogs.  But they're then counted separately for the spawn - every multiple of five of each drops spawn.

So if you've got plenty of frogs due, then yes, it will work just to check whether you're approaching your next multiple of five or not.  But in Janis' case she was looking at only the one number, thinking she was due, when the number of ghostlies meant she wasn't.

Will the frog lay frogspawn on an empty platter each time the fifth one is spotted ??? Such a long time ago since I did the Bottom Dwellers I have forgotten everything….
