What are the game rules when it comes to multiple gardens.

I know several fairies with multiple gardens and two who have five gardens each. It’s becoming a bit ridiculous so I thought I would ask.   

I did report one, with links and screenshots, to support but support hasn’t responded and both gardens are still active. Perhaps the rules have changed over the years and multiple gardens are now allowed. There was a time when it was considered cheating. Wondering what the rules are now and if they aren’t allowed, what are the protocols we should follow to report them and how are the rules enforced.

Yes i'd like to know as well and i have also reported one and nothing....It's not meant to be allowed and in fact that means you have 2 FB accounts which also isn't allowed....I don't think it's fair to have more than one, regardless.

The rules still say you can't.  How well that's enforced, I have no idea - Support probably can't deal with it, but Mike certainly should.  He has said in the past that it's difficult to tell which is a fake or duplicate account, and which is a family member who also plays (although some are very open about having more than one account, and it surprises me that those aren't dealt with).  He did say at one point that where each account buys gold, he has to treat them as different accounts, not duplicates, because buying gold legitimises the account  - although again, some are very obviously fake accounts.  But if that's his criteria, then maybe he deems that OK.  It may be that that was one of Facebook's requirements.
 
  It may not be as much of an issue once we are away from Facebook though, as the main reason for them not being allowed was to stop Facebook closing down the game over the number of fake accounts there used to be.
