I have a small group of fairy friends and I dont play that often, but one of the friends I can not get into her garden at all. I am on Private mode. She can get into mine but I can not get into hers. I have deleted her as a friend and re added her and she has done the same .. we have done it now a couple of times but nothing. can someone please tell me what to do next

Have you checked your Facebook privacy settings? This may have happened because you haven't allowed Fairyland to access your Facebook friend’s list.

I was going to say the same thing, Andrea. If it's only the one friend this is happening with, it's likely to be her settings which aren't allowing access to her Facebook friends list.

The easiest way to fix it, if that's the issue, is for her to remove the game and add it again, making sure that she accepts all the permissions being asked for :)
