Competition help please ..

Could someone please check my garden set-up to see if I have weakened the Baby Bear exclusive attraction. It’s been years since I’ve done FTs and regular Bears (still haven’t attracted  the honey bear) so I don’t remember if :
1) the berries are only attracting the WRCs or are they affecting the type of critters coming to the cake too?
2) the porridge is only attracting the Bear, WRCs and Goldilocks?
3) if I put back my honey pot will it be governed by the berries and weaken the Baby Bear attraction?

I just finished Level VI Bear Necessities and only need to attract one black bear to finish the Level V quest I began last year but I also want to attract two more baby bears to begin the Level VI one again.
I was going to wait until another two Baby Bears visited before putting out the honeypot. That way I felt I wasn’t wasting the berries. But then I got a cake delivered to our empty plate unexpectedly and don’t know if I should discard it if it’s competing with the Baby Bears.
Basically, I need to know my best set-up for two more Baby Bears and one Black Bear. I realize I don’t really understand how the food tables work and if they are all somehow governed by the Berries?

I am little bit confused about your questions.
Different types of foods on plates are not a competition to attract something.
Your porridge can only attract baby bears and goldilocks (since you have a Supershroom in your garden).
Your berries don't attract anything except WRCs right now, similar to the cake that only attracts Birthday WRCs.
If you don't want to attract them, then you can just discard the plates.

Thanks Dominique! You really did answer my confusing questions. I don’t mind attracting critters on the other plates as long as they don’t weaken my opportunity to attract more FT Bears.
So it sounds like it’s ok for me to put out the honey pot for the black bear then. Red bees will eat the berries and not affect the porridge… and the black bear will just eat the honey. Right??
So the porridge plate, the Toadstool and the honey pot are like a Baby in a bubble. You don’t need the adult plant to attract it and you can harvest it. They are all reacting to the. Shroom which is the only attracting plant.
I get it now. BUT .. having so many critters using the shroom lessen its power?

Not for something like the red bees or fairytales, when you don't need additional plants.  But more generally, setting up for too many things usually means a weak setup for each (not enough plants for a strong attraction), and even a supershroom can't compensate for a poir setup.
