Can't seem to attract sea goats

Hi All, I am not sure what is going on with my garden set up. i thought that fully grown magic mushrooms should be a mallard deterrent, and that astroflorus should deter kangaroos, but I'm getting a lot of those and have only attracted two sea goats. Is there something with my garden set up that is wrong?

If you want to deter kangaroos then you need a fully grown (flowering) Astroflorus.
Your zodiac plant is already RFH so that it can't deter kangaroos.
