is there a way to keep my garden and not play through facebook?I see the box with the arrow in the corner ..if I click on that I get a different shrunk page ...and then what? afraid I'm going to mess up my garden or something...even on my phone it logs me in through fairyland after it says I logged in with FB do I want to log in that way again...I always say yes because I don't want to mess things up

Your garden is linked to Facebook , the game I believe is due to leave and have its own platform but until then it is part and parcel :)

I log in via my web browser but it does have a fb thing even when I do it that way…… maybe someone else may have a better answer !

You can play "outside" of Facebook, but that just means without FB stuff down the right hand side, and without the "shrunken" page. It's quite safe to pop in/out, it doesn't mess anything up. As Laura said, you do still have to have the FB account and you will still need to keep logging in on your phone, but if you're set to play "outside" of FB that's what it will default to until you change it.
