How do you get these effects in your garden?

And also how can you plant the zodiac plants and the other gift plants into pots others than those that they come with. I tried and it doesnt let me. Thank you

Santa sleigh comes when you've completed an Xmas tree build but last for a certain number of days only... icicles come from completing building a snowman but only last for 3 days... not sure about cloud and rain since I haven't done that yet myself...

Zodiac plants can't be planted in other pots.  You can find the gifted plants that can be planted in your own pots in the Misc section in the Seed Shoppe, such as the Ice Flower and the Poinsettias.

You can’t plant zodiac plants into other pots, other than the one it comes in.  However, some of the other seasonals you can, for example: ice flowers, Poinsettias etc.  To check which ones, have a look in the ‘misc’ section of the Seed Shoppe.
