set up for fairy to obtain treasure bubble.  Would someone check my garden?  I have 2 high tables and curious if that is better than using a low table for treasure.  TIA

You aren't set up for the treasure, your treasure toadstool is RTH so the fairy has already harvested it.  You will need to plant a new one.  You probably won't have enough time on your beanstalks to use those with it so will probably have to start this round of Jack again  unfortunately

I would use fruiting dust for the toadstool. Then it will take about 24hrs until you get the bubble and you can attract the fairy.
I think then it should be possible to get treasure with fully grown beanstalks. I wouldn't use any dust for the beanstalks.

Guess I am a little confused.  The toad stool has to be ready for harvest BUT never harvested prior?  Cant' reuse a toad stool?

Yes, the toadstool has to be RFH to attract the fairy. You can see it by the bubble which will appear on top.
BUT all the toadstools are meant for one time use. So once the fairy was spotted and she put food on an empty plate, the bubble disappears and the toadstool has to be harvested to plant a new one.
The fairy only returns to the garden if there is not an empty plate in the garden and she can't put food on it.

Tall plates are fine for Jacks. They come to both, low and high, plates.
Just keep in mind that cows only come to low plates.
