Getting frogspawn underwater

I’m not quite sure how the ghostly frogs are counted for getting spawn. My total numbers that I’ve attracted underwater before were.
Tadpoles 115
Froglets 115
UW Frogs 70
Ghostly frogs 8
I thought I would only need to attract 2 more uw frogs to get spawn. I went underwater earlier today and have attracted 2 more uw frogs, but I didn’t get any spawn. Can someone please tell me how many more I need to attract?

Your 75th will lay spawn, currently at 73 so 2 more.

The ghostly frogs are only counted with the uw frogs to see if you have any frogs due. But in terms of attracting the frogs for spawn, you only look at the uw frogs number, every 5th uw frog will lay spawn, so your 75th uw frog will lay spawn.
