Some animals have not being acknowledged in quests

Hi! I’m working on the Spooky Sprinkling Quest! Bats have been spotted and they were acknowledged in quest area. Cats were spotted and nothing, pictures in quest area were not filled in. I’ve never seen that before. Should I wait and be patient or should I contact support?

And is it happening elsewhere? Kinda look around the forum. Can usually find answers there.

Which level, and are cats part of the requirement? Is it one of the levels where you just need a particular amount of wildlife, and once each box is part completed, nothing else counts other than matching the first spot?

It’s level 6, 2 cats are a requirement. And I just spotted a crow (also required) and quest section did not record it. When I caught it the spot was acknowledge on other players page but pic not colored in quest area.
