Can the birdbath be filled when you are under Murky water or is it only the Mermaid not the Merwitch that fills the birdbath?

Yes, although no zombie gold chicks will visit (which would be cool) as the water will be blue once surfaced.

The Merwitch did not fill the birdbath.

No, the merwitch doesn't fill the birdbath. Twice now, i have gone to fill it and forgot to take the halloween plant out and then had to use another UW seed to do it all again...twice You'd think i would have learnt the first time but no :) Usually, i forget to empty the birdbath and wonder why it didn't get filled...haha!
