You are attracting blue guppy.

If you want more blue guppy instead of red orange yellow green guppy...

Deter them by planting forest seeds.

The deterrents for red orange yellow green guppy are listed in their wildlife column, where it says HOW TO KEEP OUT (meaning, how to deter)

To deter red guppy, plant Forest Ruby or Forest Amber

To deter orange, Forest Amber or Forest Sunlight

To deter yellow, Forest Sunlight or Forest Emerald

To deter green, Forest Emerald or Forest Sapphire

To deter blue, Forest Sapphire or Forest Moonlight

To deter indigo, Forestoonlight or Forest Amethyst

To deter violet, Forest Amethyst

As you can see, sometimes there won't be enough space in your garden for all the Forest seeds

In your garden, Forest Emerald would deter yellow and green guppy

Forest Amber would deter/keep out orange and red guppy.
Forest plants must be fully grown.

Pondweed attracts when it is fully grown, so yes. It's attracting all the other colours at the moment!
