Problem with raised table?

I'm trying to attract frogs and I'm only getting mermaids. I've attracted 35 tadpoles and 35 froglets so I'm due one frog but I went to the wildlife page and it says I'm not attracting frogs. Could it be because the food is on the raised hat and not a raised table? I've attracted more frogs to it with no problem but I can't think of anything else.

You are not due any underwater frogs. You have to include the number of ghostly frogs spotted in your garden...and you had one...which takes the underwater frog total to 35.

You will have to go to land...and attract land frogs for spawn and then head back underwater. But that is dependent on whether you have spotted in other gardens...forty or more of each tadpole, froglet and underwater frogs. You have had 36 land frogs visit and the series to give spawn is every five.

Ah, I didn't remember that one 🤔 it was a while ago. Well, I wasted food and time. I still need to spot 4 froglets and 5 frogs for getting land frogs again.
