We have our greenhouses (which is great by the way) and I think a little Garden Shed would be a great reward.

Instead of plants we could put 1 plate of food in the shed where it stays until we bring it out again. It would give us a place to store a half plate of Superfood for later or ie. seed if we need veges. This would not be a apply for game earned food such as bamboo, porridges etc

You used to be able to store food in the GH but it was abused and so the option was removed, therefore I doubt there will be any situation where food can be saved again for this reason.

In what way was it abused?

If the GO didn't want someone watering their garden, they'd whip the food away into the GH. 

It actually never even got a chance to take of, the night the first person got there greenhouse there was uproar over the food being able to be put in the greenhouse, it ended up with big rows in the forums over it, the view was that it would be abused by people taking the food in and out of the greenhouse to stop others from getting the critters, this hadn't actually happened at that point, someone said they had seen people talking about it on back walls, and then the back walls being like wildfire and gossip spreading far and wide there was uproar, never seen any of these backwall post's myself, but it caused the most upset and then it got pulled before it even got to the point of abuse, personally I was not impressed it had been given and taken away so swiftly, but there you go we were all excited for a short time lol

I’ve always wanted to store at least 1 plate so there could be the same restrictions applied as freezing? & cannot be put away in the 1st 2hrs? It would be great when doing quests as food changes so often. Once brought out after storing, the same 2hr rule could apply?

That argument was put forward at the time Angela, but sadly it made no odds I never understood why it couldn't have been done like that, but maybe it wasn't possible at the time, I don't know though

Who stores food in their greenhouse ? I freeze/ eat mine when ready for harvest 🤣🤣

Lol Deidre it was just a rumour for me I just got told by another fairy that the food option had  been and gone .

Well it didn’t work in the greenhouse but maybe a shed could have different requirements….maybe? How about you put food in you can’t take it back out for x amount of time. Or charge diamonds or gems to store a plate?
