Working my way through endangered. When it comes to garden setups, are supershrooms helpful, or do they just bring as many wrcs as a pink cap would bring myths?  This is assuming an ideal setup for an endangered critter e.g. GLTamarin  or  golden dart frog  (the proper number and mix of plants & herbs)  I'm willing to use a precious shroom but don't want to waste them.    advice on which to use?  SS or Pink Cap.    (By the way I'm not doing that *today* so my garden doesn't reflect what I'm asking about. theoretical question)

For very rare critters it is always best to use SS vs Pink Cup. The SS brings one type of caterpillar as competition while the PC will bring 3 dragons plus the pests since it doesn't deter them 100%.

ok, that makes a lot of sense.  thanks. I should have known this! usually the SS is better but I didn't think why.  I have gotten a lot of worms in the past so I was wondering aloud.  Thank you, Alexandros!

The caterpillars always appear/seem a lot more numerous than the dragons and pests because they are just one critter and red (so if they eat half the plate, the plate appears failed/wasted). On the other hand the dragons and pests make the plates seem more visually interesting and less overrun. But I feel (at least from personal experience) that the percentage of rare critter arrival is better with a SS.
