Chicks need LOW plates.

You need low tables of bird seed they won’t come to high plates x

I have had a low table next to my Chocolate egg filled with bird mix 3 times in the last 10 days and still not even a wobble

How do I up my chances of an Indigo Chick hatching with current set up...one Violet and one Indigo egg?? Which egg should be furthest left?

Position doesn't matter. The only way to influence the colour of the chick that hatches is to also have an egg of the colour below the one you want. Then you put out fresh food and wait. If the egg of the lower colour wobbles first, dump the plates and refill. Repeat until the target colour egg alerts first and let it hatch - it wil be the target colour.

So for indigo you'd want both indigo and blue eggs, and dump when the blue alerts first.
