I did this for myself but I thought it could be helpful. I'm going to post it in separate posts as it is a bit lengthy.

1. Plant one herb*/bellis lycaena and dust it to fully grown (optional).
*any herb could be the correct one, not only those attracting the Hare (still, you want to attract the Hare first thing later so it might be good to start with those and keep them)
2. (After herb/bellis is fg) Go to your pot storage, and click the Vase tab. Pick a pot you want to convert into a Bouquet vase (note: keep in mind that when successful you are going to lose the original pot which will turn into the new one). Tap/click on it and choose the "make a vase" option. You will be sent to the Alchemy page.

3. ALCHEMY:
Disclaimer one: I know it looks long but you only follow some parts depending on your recipe results, it's way easier than it looks. AT ANY STEP YOU MIGHT GET THE CORRECT RECIPE (that is not covered, once it's correct, you're done!), so not every part will be needed!
Disclaimer two: this is an analytical method, by all means good luck can let you find the correct recipe without following any rule!! This part just wants to help those who want to be sure to find the correct recipe without relying on luck only or those not used to logical problems (everyone has different strong suits).

      3.0(optional)- Keep pen and paper or digital notes ready to write down your findings (I tend to panic-forget so it's handy, in most cases it's really not needed)
      3.1- Buy (If you don't have any already) 1 dust (cost: 2 regular gold), only one for now is enough.
      3.2- Select the dust, your herb/bellis and pick a wand, (write down this combo), try recipe and pay attention to the result message you get (if it's a fail):
              -NONE of the ingredients is correct = do not discard-herb/change-bellis-color yet!! Cross the dust, herb/bellis and wand you used as wrong ---go to point 3A.
              -ONE or TWO ingredients are correct ---go to point 3B. or 3C. respectively.

3A. (The herb/bellis is surely wrong after the first try) Do not discard/change the plant yet. Buy a DIFFERENT dust (2 gold). Select the new dust, the (same) herb/bellis and a DIFFERENT wand, try recipe, check results:
              -NONE ingredient is correct = mark the new dust and wand as wrong too ---repeat 3A
              -ONE ingredient is correct = good, it's either the new dust or new wand. Buy a DIFFERENT dust (2 gold), select it, the herb/bellis and the SAME wand you used LAST time, try recipe and check results. If the result is ONE again = The wand is the correct one and the remaning dust (at this step you tried 3 different dusts with only one left) will be the correct one! You now know both dust and wand. You can go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Buy the correct dust and try the recipe with the correct wand (after this step you get 2 gold by getting at least 2 ingredients correct, so the next dusts will be free). Keep changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^
              -TWO ingredients are correct = awesome, both dust and wand are correct! You can go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Keep buying the same dust (at this stage you get 2 gold back each attempt so the dusts are free) and selecting the same wand, only changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^

3B. (ONE ingredient is correct after the first attempt) Buy a DIFFERENT dust (2 gold), select it, the (same) herb/bellis and pick the SAME wand you used before, try recipe and check results:
              -NONE ingredient is correct = the first dust was correct, mark it down! The herb/bellis is wrong BUT do not discard/change it yet!! Buy that first dust again, select it, the herb and pick a DIFFERENT wand until you get TWO ingredients correct as result, meaning both dust and wand are correct. You can now go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Keep buying the same dust (at this stage you get 2 gold back each attempt so the dusts are free) and selecting the correct wand you found, only changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^
              -ONE ingredient is correct =The first dust was wrong, the new dust is wrong too!! Cross them out! The correct ingredient could still be either the herb/bellis or the wand. Buy a DIFFERENT dust (2 gold) but keep selecting the same wand. This should be your 3rd dust you try so if you still get ONE as result, it means the last dust is the correct one. Buy the correct dust and try the recipe with a DIFFERENT wand, and check results: ONE = the previous wand was correct and the herb/bellis is wrong. You know both correct dust and wand! You can go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Keep buying the correct dust (at this stage you get 2 gold back each attempt so the dusts are free) and selecting the correct wand, only changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^; TWO = The herb/bellis is correct! In this case no need to plant a new herb or change color! Keep buying the correct dust, and try the remaining wands to find the correct one = done ^^
              -TWO ingredients are correct = The new dust is correct, mark it down! The other correct one is either the herb/bellis or the wand. Buy the correct dust (you got 2 gold last time so this one is free), select it, the herb/bellis and pick a DIFFERENT wand, try recipe and check resultss: ONE = the previous wand was correct and the herb/bellis is wrong. You know both correct dust and wand! You can go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Keep buying the correct dus and selecting the correct wand, only changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^; TWO = The herb/bellis is correct! In this case no need to plant a new herb or change color! Keep buying the correct dust, and try the remaining wands to find the correct one = done ^^

3C. (TWO ingredients are correct after the first attempt) Buy a DIFFERENT dust (2 gold), select it, the (same) herb/bellis and the SAME wand used before, try recipe and check result:
              -ONE ingredient is correct = The new dust is wrong but the previous dust was correct! Mark that down! The other correct ingredient could be either the herb/bellis or the wand. Buy the correct dust and try the recipe with a DIFFERENT wand, and check results: ONE = the previous wand was correct and the herb/bellis is wrong. You know both correct dust and wand! You can go to your garden and plant a new herb/change color of your bellis. Keep buying the correct dust (at this stage you get 2 gold back each attempt so the dusts are free) and selecting the correct wand, only changing the herb/color untill you find the correct one = done ^^; TWO = The herb/bellis is correct! In this case no need to plant a new herb or change color! Keep buying the correct dust, and try the remaining wands to find the correct one = done ^^
              -TWO ingredients are correct = The herb/bellis and the wand are both correct! At this point you get 2 gold per attempt so dusts are free, keep trying the remaning dusts till you get the jackpot = done ^^

4. Your new Vase will be in the Vase tab of your pot storage. Place it in your garden. Clicking on it you can find the Help! link. Points 5-11 are basically the same as in the Help box, just a bit more elaborated for clarity.
5. ATTRACT ONE Hare/Fox to your garden (it must be spotted by another player, not yourself) and SPOT ONE Hare/Fox in another garden.
6. (Only after point 4. The first bouquet box has to be fully colored and greenery added to your vase) Hunt for any of the level 1-10 wildlife. Each time you spot one, if it is the correct one for your Bouquet, you will get a message saying it added some flowers to it and a box of your bouquet will appear half colored. If you see no message it means that critter is not needed, look for another one on the list.
7. When you discover a critter that is needed for your Bouquet, set up your garden to attract it, after one is spotted, the correcponding box will be fully colored and another bit of flowers added to your bouquet.
8. Fill all Bouquet boxes with the required wildlife.
9. When the finished Bouquet is 12hrs old (or before that, up to you), set up your garden to attract the Hare/Fox AGAIN, the first Hare/Fox spotted by a visitor in your garden (after those 12 hrs) will be a Gold one.
10. After a Gold Hare/Fox is spotted, you bouquet will lose a flower/critter and you will have to find another one among the the lvl 1-10 wildlife (DIFFERENT from the one who dropped off) to fill the box again.
--note: I don't know if it will need 12 hrs again to attract the next Gold Hare/Fox or the next will imediately be Gold, we will see.
11. After 5 Gold Hare/Fox have been spotted your Bouquet becomes ready to harvest. If you harvest it you can use the vase as a regular pot for other plants (ONLY after competing the whole thing this option will be available, the vase cannot be used as regular pot before that). If you want to keep the bouquet, you can store it in your storage or leave it in your garden as decoration.🌺

Can we try to attract instead of hunt for the 4 critters to complete the vase?

Yes Amy, of course you can do that! I just though it a bit easier go hunting first, so you know how to set up your garden first. but attracting will also work!
