As the "old" self-gifting links no longer seem to work, I thought it might be worth making a separate thread just with the newer, clickable, links.  Not all seasonal gifts can be gifted in this way, but I think this is the complete list of those which can.

Don't forget, though, that they will only work when the plant is in season.
