How to access lady bug for gold doesn't load

I seem to be having this same issue for the last few days. There seems to be a Bug, hunting for the Bug.

Day 1, click ladybug, says something along the lines of you can collect upon receiving next free sprinkles..okay.

Day 2, collected next set of free sprinkles, click on lady bug, lady bug is hiding! Scroll down-aaand!!! nothing. Refresh, repeat, nothing. slowly move arrow around where it should be! nothing. LOL

Day 3 ( Today. ) Repeat of Day 2...nope. Lol  Check Forum for advice...Hmmm, Nothing yet!

I expect that others may be having the same issue, or they just don't know it yet.
I also imagine that Fairyland will get on top of this issue as soon as they find out about it, they're good that way.

There have been others who have had the same issue...and I know that people have had suggestions to resolve this...but I never paid much attention to what that was. I am hoping for your sakes that they see this and fill you in. Good luck.

I've had the same issue with collecting a Bug gold. I've been told to click  the water droplet, like I usually do when I collect the free gold, then to scroll down. The Bug has been waiting there.

I waited til the new sprinkles were ready, and collected the hidden bug first….

I had to restart my device

It took some doing, but I got my free gold. LOL I think I was looking on the wrong page for it.
I did the click bug thing, and didn't find it before I collected free sprinkles.
A deep sigh and clicked on free sprinkles...scrolled down, and I found it where it was not yesterdays.
