Here you go Jane, 2 posts because of the limit and length of post allowed

Rainbow Of Fish - Important things to note:
1.  Unlock the mushrooms first to attract the Pond Myths needed to plant the Pondweed for each of the Fish.
2.  Unlock the Forest Jewels, to help deter guppies, which will increase the number of Rainbow Fish attracted.
3.  The FIRST of each Pondweed must be ready for harvest before removing or you will NOT be able to move on.
4.  Keep an eye on the UW Toadstool, when RFH the garden will return to dry land.
5.  KEEP your USED rocks in storage for other pond wildlife.
6.  If needed, have a fully grown Dulcia Somniflora to deter Frogs. Tadpoles & Froglets

Red Guppies – Red Snappers. Use Red Rocks
1 - Plant the Agaric Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Put the Red Rocks in your garden ready to plant Red Pondweed.
4 - Use Veggies, Tropical Fruits or Wild Berries on any table to attract the Watery Seadragon.
5 - The Red Pondweed is planted by every 5th Watery Seadragon, dust the Pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Red Snapper.
7 - Plant a Supershroom and the Ruby Jewel to help deter the guppies.
8 - Attracted 10 of the Red Snappers. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Red Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Orange Rocks.

Orange Guppies – Clownfish. Use Orange Rocks
1 - Plant the Gathering Elves Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Buy Orange Rocks, put in your garden ready to plant Orange Pondweed.
4 - Use Veggies, Wild Berries or Tropical Fruits on any tables to attract the Rainbow Seadragon.
5 - The Orange Pondweed is planted by every 5th Rainbow Seadragon. Dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Clownfish.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby and Amber Jewel plants to help deter the guppies
8 - Attract 10 of the Clownfish. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Orange Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Yellow Rocks.

Yellow Guppies - Yellow Boxfish. Yellow Rocks
1 - Plant the Golden Deceiver Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Buy Yellow Rocks, put in your garden ready to plant Yellow Pondweed.
4 - Use Veggies, Wild Berries or Tropical Fruits on any tables to attract the Golden Seadragon.
5 - The Yellow Pondweed is planted by every 5th Golden Seadragon, dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any tables to attract the Yellow Boxfish.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby, Amber & Sunshine Jewel plants to help deter the guppies
8 – Attract 10 of the Yellow Boxfish. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Yellow Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Green Rocks

Green Guppies - Green Wrasse. Green Rocks
1 - Plant the Gathering Pixies Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Buy Green Rocks, put in your garden ready to plant Green Pondweed.
4 - Use Seed Mix on any feeding tables to attract the Griffish.
5 - The Green Pondweed is planted by every 3rd Griffish, dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Green Wrasse.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby, Amber, Sunshine & Emerald Jewel plants to help deter the guppies.
8 – Attract 10 of the Green Wrasse. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Green Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Blue Rocks.   

Blue Guppies - Blue Damselfish. Blue Rocks
1 - Plant the Amethyst Parasol Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Buy Blue Rocks, put in your garden ready to plant Blue Pondweed.
4 - Use Seed Mix on any feeding tables to attract the Phoenish.
5 - The Blue Pondweed is planted by every 3rd Phoenish, dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Blue Damselfish.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby, Amber, Sunshine, Emerald & Sapphire Jewel plants to help deter the guppies
8 – Attract 10 of the Blue Damselfish. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Blue Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Indigo Rocks

Indigo Guppies - Triggerfish. Indigo Rocks
1 - Plant the Gathering Fairies Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for Mermaid to go underwater
3 - Buy Indigo Rocks, put in your garden ready to plant Indigo Pondweed
4 - Use Veggies on any feeding tables to attract the Sea-Pegasus.
5 - The Indigo Pondweed is planted by every 2nd Sea-Pegasus, dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Triggerfish.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby, Amber, Sunshine, Emerald & Moonlight Jewel plants to help deter guppies
An alternative setup is to replace the Amber Jewel with an extra table of Wild Berries, this will attract more guppies but can be lucky when it comes to attracting Triggerfish.
8 – Attract 10 of the Triggerfish. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
The Indigo Pondweed needs to be RFH before removing to unlock the Violet Rocks

Violet Guppies - Tuka Anthias. Violet Rocks
1 -Plant the Pink Cap Mushroom and grow to RFH.
2 - Plant UW Toadstool, wait for the Mermaid to go underwater.
3 - Buy Violet Rocks and put in your garden ready to plant Violet Pondweed.
4 - Use Veggies on any feeding tables to attract the Sea-Unicorn.
5 - The Violet Pondweed is planted by every 2nd Sea-Unicorn, dust the pondweed to FG.
6 - Use Wild Berries on any feeding tables to attract the Tuka Anthias.
7 - Plant a Supershroom, Forest Ruby, Amber, Sunshine, Sapphire & Amethyst Jewel plants to help deter guppies
8 – Attract 10 of the Tuka Anthias. Spot 5 of them in other gardens.
Leave the Violet Pondweed in your garden until it is RFH.

One further little tip, do all your spotting requirements before you start doing that attracting part of the challenge.
