How or where would I use my ID number to find order of critters for the top trails? I'm just on first red but would like to find this information.

It won't show you the results for the red trail, though, as you don't need the calculator to figure it out.  The unicorn is always last, and there are only two other critters.  So, it has to be either skunk, squirrel, unicorn -OR- squirrel, skunk, unicorn. 

Thank you, so each level you must calculate once you get the pot? Which pot id to use is making me clueless...lol

Not sure how you do it on mobile devices but this is how you do it on a laptop/pc
  Click on the pot you want the ID for, right click on the Water link, Select Inspect.
 
  The highlighted 'Element' contains the pot ID
 

And if the method that Amanda described does not work for you...just ask at the forums and there is always someone helpful to provide the pot number. To use the calculator you also need to know your garden number and what the first critter on the trail is.

Please note that the algorithm isn't complete yet (for every level a percentage of completeness is shown).
Select the level and first critter on your trail from the drop down menus and fill in your garden id and pot id.
You can find your garden id from your garden wall url, this is the link that ends with .../fairygarden.php?id=xxxxxxx in the address bar of your browser.
You can find the pot id in several ways, but most easy via the itemid as visible in the Use-link of the storage area/greenhouse: Right click on the Use-link and select inspect element. The line that appear contains the pot id. Or when the pot is in your garden right click on the send to storage link and select inspect element.
