If you put out Comfits, you will attract the Card Gardener. Leave out empty tea-set items and spot Card Gardeners in other gardens (you can use the Tea Cup from the Regular pots, any tea-set items you've got from winter calendars, or there's a new set in Misc.
Every multiple of five Card Gardeners drops a Talking Tiger Lily into the empty pot, and when it's RTH it becomes the card that it showed when it was planted. You will want to make sure that you get Diamonds cards, so your multiples of five need to be spotted on Comfits rather than Afternoon Tea (which gives Clubs cards, for the Mad Hatter's Tea Party level).
When you have three cards RTH, you will start to get Helper wildlife, which will give you clues to the cards that you need in each position.
The leftmost card attracts the Dodo. If you're attracting the White Rabbit, the card is too low. If you are attracting Dinah, the card is too high.
The middle card attracts the Lory. If you're attracting the Bread and Butterfly, the card is too low. If you are attracting the Rocking Horse Fly, the card is too high.
The rightmost card attracts the Mouse. If you are attracting Tweedledum, the card is too low. If you are attracting Tweedledee, the card is too high.
Make notes based on what the Helper cards are telling you as you move your cards around and test them. Wait until the cards have attracted their Helper before you move them around, and narrow the card you need down. If you had a 7, for instance, and it was too high you'd know you needed a lower card than a 7, but if you then tested a 4 and it was too low, you'd know you needed either a 5 or 6.
When the Caucus wildlife is spotted the card you need for that position changes (although the change is random, and there's a small chance you might need the same card again) so you'd have to start testing over again for that card. Each card works independently, so you don't need to have all three correct at the same time.
You will need to attract 10 of each of the Dodo, Lory and Mouse, and spot three of each in other gardens, to unlock the next level (the Mad Hatter's Tea Party).
