Can someone help with the food times for the different foods. My organic food seems to being takeing longer than nomal on some plates ? Please help if you can. TY

Your plates look fine. It always appears for wildlife to take longer when you host short-staying wildlife.

The times are listed on the Help page:

Regular 6 hours
Organic 5 hours
Superfood 2 hours

The new food states for organic
Organic Food: Now faster than before - 5 feeds in 12 hours, or 10 feeds in 24 hours for Double Organic Nothing for 15 feeds. so 5 feeds in 12hrs is approx 2hrs 40 min, Is that right. When these plates are taking 4hrs or more. Ty

No, those are definitely the new food times. There is a guarantee that all food will be gone within the given time, but within that there can be quite a range of times. The maximum possible times are as Tracey states. This is the info given to us by Mike a short while after the changes were made.

The old times were 8 hours on regular, 6 on organic and 3 on superfood.
