Sometimes my intentions don't complete themselves the way I would like.
Where I've failed, forgive me.
Where I've loved, help me to feel the giving within my heart.
It's not always easy this life stuff. I do my best and bless the rest with kindness.
Let me leave things better, be baptized in the sacred and love to the highest.
I am content somehow, despite it all, knowing that in some small way or grand grace, I do my best to serve and answer an inner call with a yearning to affect more with peace than ill will.
