Early sprinkle Tricia, I’m watching the closing ceremony of the Olympic so closing the iPad down for the night. Sorry you have snow still, it was like a summers day here for some reason, hope we’re not going to pay for it later. Enjoy the rest of your day x

I didnt get a nap, an old detective series has come back its on all afternoon and evening so l am enjoying watching it instead. Wow Prime rib, rarely see that here all Beef is boned except T. Bone Steak. Shame but thats supermarkets for you. l am not a big meat eater but l have been buying Topside , l cook it in a little water to keep it moist and use the juice it produces to add to gravy. Cover it loosely with foil on High for 20/30 minutes to start , then lower oven to finish cook time.. leave to rest 20 minutes covered in foil and it melts in your mouth, slices lovely too. xx

Oh no, sorry to hear about the snow xx

I'm already feeling the pain Tricia. We didnt want to go a walk where davy had to drive so just went up the hills behind our house and I should have stayed on the flatter parts, but Isla needed a good walk as its been such horrible weather last 2 days and she didn't enjoy the rain, so ended up going higher than normal   ah well just need to take an extra painkiller. Annoying as we always climbed mountains and now a hill beats us. X
