Hi Pat, you were a busy bee at art weren’t you? You said you got a quilting felt for Christmas? That sounds like a pretty awesome project, I bet you’ll enjoy doing it. Yes the news is very upsetting these days, there’s a lot going on. I try not to watch it as I get upset but I know that’s not really helpful, it’s happening whether I know about it or not. A couple of weeks ago a small town in British Columbia had a school shooting. I can’t believe that’s actually happened here! What’s happening to us? People don’t have the common sense we used to have. I guess that’s why I stick my head in the sand and ignore it. We had a heck of a wind storm this weekend! Oh my! I was actually a bit concerned that my roof was going to fly away. It was all over the province too, there’s wind damage everywhere. I collected a few of the shingles that had blown off the chicken coop roofs too, it was like carrying small parachutes. I was getting tossed around on the ice that built up on the paths but I stayed on my feet! Haha!

Hi Pat yes the time has passed very quickly and I am ok thank you Pat, doing very well.  Looking after John helps and next month I am off to Amsterdam for Easter.  Gloomy here too and cool again especially at night.  We have rain due this week too and tomorrow we have a foggy start.  I hope all goes well tomorrow with the boiler service, I had mine done in the Autumn before it got too cold.  I hope you enjoyed the Great Pottery Thrown Down.
