Good evening Pat I hope you have had a good day.  Good to hear your car passed its MOT despite the cost of taxis to and from the garage.  I usually have my MOT done while I wait but have to pay for taxis when I leave it for a service.  Gosh new tyres too, we have both spent a lot of money on our cars this year. Another day of sunshine and showers here and tonight we are due more rain continuing on for most of the day tomorrow.  Popping to Tesco in the morning for a few essentials and flowers for arranging on Thursday.  Sleep well Pat, have a good Wednesday. In bed now, not been on here much tonight. Did my Tesco shop, then looking into booking Eurostar for a visit to France in November.
