I hope you’ve had a lovely day, did you see some sunshine? It rained through the night here and it started snowing a few hours ago and the ground is covered again, it won’t last but it’s still there. I just hope it doesn’t freeze badly, the roads would be terrible if it does. My shed will be my workshop and a guest room. I can send you a few pictures on Facebook messenger. One side will be set up for my shop, it’s 12x12 and a hallway separates the other 12x12 guest room. I’m so excited about it all! I know we’ve been taking forever to do the electrical but I want it to be perfect. The guest area is going to be done in a cozy style with a sofa bed and wingback chair. My shop is closed off with a pocket door and will have counters to work on, we’ve got so many electrical sockets I could plug in everything I’ll ever use and still have a few left over. It’s better to have more than not enough and they’re done so nothing will blow a breaker. We wired in electric heaters, one in each area - shop, lounge and hallway so it’ll be comfortable in winter when I’m working. I know it seems excessive for a workshop but we’ll both be using it for projects and we both want both sides to be perfect. One for working on projects and the other for when we’re so frustrated with our projects we want to throw them through the window it’ll be the calming room to reassess the problem! Haha!
Today, John left for work and I’ll do some housework and maybe bake something, I’ll let the day decide as it goes.
