Good evening Pat I hope you have had a good day.  It has been 12C here again so still mild and dry but very cloudy, it would be nice to see some sunshine.  I've had a busy couple of days with carers, district nurse, phone calls and today the heating engineer came in to service the warm air heater and hot water, nice to have them done before the Winter.  Pippin and I are enjoying our walks, lots of crunchy leaves lying around and still lots more to fall off the trees.   We've been to training this evening and he was a little star for me.  Martin is doing well, eating better and walking with his zimmer frame.  Sleep well Pat, catch up tomorrow.
