Holy moly! That storm must be terrible to have caused all that so fast. I’m glad you’re still ok but it’s very smart of you to stock up in case things get troublesome in your area. Make sure that wood pile is stocked up and close by.
I had a very lovely day today. Mom, Lorraine and I really enjoyed our visit with our cousin Terry. Her new place is very nice, I was very impressed by all the wood doors and frames. When I got home and fed the chickens the snow is melting on the coop roofs, maybe I need to fill the rough with snow to melt for the chicken water in case our 2 feet of snow melts!

Good evening Pat  I hope you have had a good day.  We woke to frost this morning and it has been chilly all day but it has been nice to see some sunshine.  Pippin and I enjoyed our walk and I have changed the beds today, I am looking forward to my fresh bedding this evening. We have another frost this evening, a deep one but rain is due tomorrow and warmer weather seems to be on the way too.  John enjoyed Casualty this evening, I hope you did too.  Sleep well and have a good Sunday.
