Good evening Pat I hope you have had a good day. It is certainly cooler in the mornings and evenings now but it warms up in the middle of the day.  I hope you have had a good time with your sister and the family today and enjoyed your lunch. I went to Tesco today as tomorrow I am going out to a SciFi Museum with David (my eldest son) and his girlfriend Lucy. They are then taking me out to lunch I am looking forward to it.  John was out today with his main carer, he was a bit miserable this morning but he was happy by the time he came home. He watched his favourite TV programmes yesterday in the morning until the sun came out then went outside to sit in his favourite place to chat to the neighbours. Sleep well Pat, God Bless. xxx 😴🌟🌛
